1. Processing Times

Standard Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to pack and prepare your order for shipment.

High-Volume Seasons: During holidays or new "Legacy Tribe" launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every bottle is handled with care.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Carrier: We primarily ship via USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery to your doorstep.

Estimated Delivery: Once your order leaves our facility, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your label is created. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.
3. Address Accuracy & Changes
Because we aim to get your "Fuel & Spark" to you as fast as possible, our fulfillment process begins almost immediately.

2-Hour Window: You have a 2-hour window from the time of purchase to notify us of any address corrections.

Errors: Legacy Bio™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your "home base" before hitting buy!
4. International Shipping
Currently, Legacy Bio™ ships within the United States. We are working hard to bring our cellular foundation to families worldwide in the future—stay tuned!
5. Missing or Stolen Packages
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you don't see your package:

Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered prematurely).

If it’s still missing, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
