Our "Family First" Safety Promise
At Legacy Bio™, your health and safety are our highest priorities. Because our products are professional-grade supplements designed for your foundational health, we maintain strict safety protocols.
To ensure the integrity and purity of every bottle that reaches a customer’s home, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind." Once a supplement leaves our climate-controlled facility, we can no longer guarantee its storage conditions, and therefore, we cannot restock it for another family.
Shipping Damage & Errors
We take great care in packing your "Fuel & Spark," but we know the road from our Texas home to yours can sometimes be a bit bumpy.

7-Day Window: If your order arrives damaged or if there is a mistake with your shipment, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.

How to report: Email us at hello@legacybio.health with your order number and a photo of the damaged item/packaging.

Our Resolution: We will ship out a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost. Your foundation shouldn't have to wait!
Address Changes
In a house of nine, we know how fast things move! To ensure your order gets to the right doorstep:

You have a 2-hour window from the time of purchase to request an address change.

After 2 hours, our Texas team has usually already begun the fulfillment process, and changes can no longer be made.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within the 2-hour window mentioned above. Once an order is processed by our team, it is considered final.
